These general terms and conditions govern the operation of tourist cruises by Parinautes.
Any booking or purchase of a service implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The company shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from passengers’ failure to comply with these terms and conditions or with applicable regulations.
Parinautes is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers.
Passenger Obligations:
Passengers must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. Dangerous objects and animals are not permitted on board without prior authorization. Children must remain under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians. Parinautes shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Any passenger failing to comply with safety rules or crew instructions may be denied boarding or required to disembark, without refund.
Force Majeure:
Parinautes shall not be liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or governmental restrictions.
Passengers are required to arrive on time at the agreed boarding location. Any delay may result in a shortened cruise duration. A delay exceeding 30 minutes may result in cancellation of the service, without refund or compensation.
By the Company: Parinautes reserves the right to cancel or modify a cruise in the event of force majeure or technical issues. In such cases, any amounts paid will be refunded, without further compensation. By the Customer: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure will result in a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable. Any service that has been rescheduled at the customer’s request may not be subsequently canceled, regardless of the reason. In the event of a dispute, French law shall apply exclusively, and French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Passengers are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Safety instructions provided on board must be followed at all times. Smoking is strictly prohibited on board. Personal belongings remain under the responsibility of the passengers. The captain has full authority on board and may take any decision necessary to ensure safety.
